Consistency creates results. 🔥

This incredible transformation didn’t happen overnight.

She showed up, stayed committed, followed her nutrition plan, and trusted the process every step of the way.

Because of her hard work and dedication, she achieved amazing results:

✔️ Significant weight loss
✔️ Reduced body fat percentage
✔️ Maintained lean muscle mass
✔️ Built a stronger, healthier, more confident body

I’m so proud of everything she has accomplished. This is proof that when you stay consistent and trust the process, the results will come.

The goal isn’t just to lose weight—it’s to transform your lifestyle and become the strongest version of yourself. 💪✨ #bodytransformations #weighlossjourney #fitnessmotivation s by @bootylabgym

If your glutes aren’t growing stop doing random workouts instead focus on this 4 exercises number 1 squat variation i choose sumo squat my rep range 8-10 try to increase the weight every week. Number 2 rdl rep range 6-8 try to increase the weight every week if you can’t try do 1 more rep. Number 3 hip thrust any variation you like but stick with the same for 5-6 weeks also try to increase the weight every week. Number 4 abduction movement here try to go for high rep and moderate weight. If you follow my guidance and you will do it 2 times a week i promise you your glutes will grow!!! And if you want to become a part off bootylabgym please comment Booty below this post and i will send you more information #bootyworkout #growyourglutes #fitnessmotivation by @bootylabgym

Today tip: you must track your progress to progressive overload!!!! Buy a fitness planner and start to write your lift the name of the exercise the weight and the number of reps. Every week try do more than before if you will know your lift you will be able to plan your workout for example if I see that last week i did 8 reps with 60 pounds today i will try to 9 reps with 60 pounds. I am not guessing i see it in my book i set my goal before the lift to make sure i will progress.
