Still celebrating my birthday… all month long! 😄🎉 My sister invited me over and treated me to a lovely lunch. We went out for a delicious braai meal; everything was absolutely mouthwatering, and the service was top-tier! It said, “Maybe if you loved your grass, watered your grass, and appreciated your grass for what it is, you’d realize it s green enough.” Keep watering your own grags. It’s the Queen’s birthday today!! 🥳🥹🙌❤️My morning started with a lot of reflection, thanksgiving and prayer..🙌🥹My heart is full of gratitude. Every new year of life is a reminder of God’s unfailing love and faithfulness toward me.This year taught me to be gentle with myself, to choose myself without guilt, to protect my peace, and to find joy in the little things. In doing so, I discovered that the smallest moments often carry the greatest blessings. There is power in counting our blessings and focusing on THE GOOD..🙌I am deeply grateful to love and to be loved. The people in my life are constant reminders of God’s love made visible, and I will never take that for granted.I’m learning to take life one day at a time, one step at a time, one prayer at a time, trusting that my life is unfolding exactly as God intended.I am walking in grace, growing in love, and embracing every blessing still to come. 🙌❤️ by @bophelos_kitchen

Cheers to a busy and productive week..closed off Friday with some project work, a few brainstorming sessions, and a few boxed ticked off the to-do list!!Packed my lunch, added a few snacks to my Fieldbar minibar, and made sure I’m prepared for whatever the day brings. Being organized doesn’t just save time, it helps me make better choices throughout the day.I’ve learned that packing my lunch and snacks not only saves money by avoiding unnecessary stops at the shops, but also sets a positive tone for the day. It’s such a simple thing, but starting the day prepared puts me in the right mindset. It’s almost the weekend, and if you’re anything like me, you’re already thinking about Sunday’s lunch! ❤️There’s something special about gathering around the table with family and sharing a home-cooked meal. This One-Pan Roasted Butterfly Chicken and Vegetables is one of those simple dishes that delivers big on flavour with minimal work..For this roast, I used carrots, potatoes, red onion, and red peppers.
