A japán éttermek tonhal tataki-ja elbújhat Csabi előétele mellett.

🐟
The tuna tataki served in Japanese restaurants pales in comparison to Csabi’s starter.
The cured, seared tuna creates a perfect harmony with the spicy notes of ginger and the sweet taste of carrot.
A variety of textures elevates the tasting experience - most notably the ginger crisp, which appears on the plate like a bite-sized spice stick.

Volt olyan ősz, hogy a fürjet csicsóka és birsalma kísérte a tányéron.
Színes levelekkel.
Karakteres ízekkel.

There was an autumn when the quail was accompanied by Jerusalem artichokes and quinces.

Borkonyha az ősz jegyében.
Volt egyszer egy desszert szőlőfürtnek álcázva.

Eljött a búcsú ideje, kedves nyári étlapunk!
Szerettek és szerettünk, mától azonban ősziesebbre vesszük a fazont.

The time has come to say goodbye, dearest summer menu!
You’ve been loved, but from today on, we’re shifting to a fallish style.

🍝
Ez a csodás étel valamilyen formában szinte mindig helyet kap étlapunkon.
A közös nevező minden esetben az orda sajt, a változó a legtöbb esetben a selymes szósz és a fűszer.
ORDÁS TÉSZTA, SZARVASGOMBA, RETEK

🍝
This wonderful dish almost always takes part of our menu in one form or another.
The common denominator is ‘orda’ cheese, while the variable - in most case - is the silky sauce and the seasoning.
