Brought out the ole digital camera this year🎄🎅🎄

The hardest part about Christmas this year was trying to add music to a multi pic post💀. Which really got me thinking, as we gather around family and friends. Let’s not forget the reason for the season. Not all are blessed to enjoy Christmas. So count your blessings and be thankful for what you are blessed to receive.

Above all, remember the greatest gift that’s offered to everyone is Christ Jesus.✝️

Weekends in the ville never disappoint ‼️

I guess Tarleton hands out diplomas to just anyone now😉. Hahah, all jokes aside congrats to these guys and gals. Super proud of you all! Keep working hard and be the BEST you!

On another note, I had the tremendous privilege to be able to serve the community this weekend, participating in the LBC live nativity! I was asked to portray Jesus christ back in November, due to my long hair. I was very nervous to do it at first. I didn’t feel worthy enough to partake in such a major part. However after meeting Will Morris (the other Jesus) my outlook on the role changed. He flat out told me I wasn’t worthy, but it’s through Gods grace that we are covered by the blood of Jesus! So whenever you feel like you can’t do something, pray for discernment! God will put you and shape you into what he needs you to be!

This weekend was definitely a roller coaster ride. Life has been throwing trials at me left and right. From grad school, work, personal relationships, focus & drive, and my discipline.

My relationship with Jesus Christ wasn’t where it needed to be. I have struggled many times whereI felt like I was alone.

The crazy part is that I never was alone. I’m blessed to have friends, family, coworkers, bosses, and other supportive people in my life. People that push me and aren’t afraid to call me out for my 💩💩!

In life you aren’t guaranteed anything. Whether it be the new job, new relationship, new car, or anything that you may actually truly want and work hard for. The only thing you are guaranteed is the truth. The truth that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.
As Philippians 4:6-7-
“6. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

I had the honor and privilege to learn and struggle alongside these new people and earn my Lifeguard Instructor certification!

Happy birthday to the MAN OF STEEL! I love you much, you are my role model. You have shown me what it takes become a man. Though I’m no where close to you in any regards! It’s your love for GOD above that demonstrates what it takes be a real man of God.

If I can grow to be 1/4 of the man you are… I’ll be alright.

I appreciate the free photos my guy.

On a serious note today I actually realized the progress I have made just since freshman year. It’s crazy what the mind and body can do. That being said I realized comparing yourself to others can really produce negative impacts. So just be the best YOU. Whether that is being smarter, stronger, wiser, nicer to others, or even making friends. Be the best YOU. God will guide you the rest of the way. taken in Earth by @born__3dmich
