Primera sesión en Madrid, Madrid-Rio, un espacio creativo muy especial -@espacioarteyrio, una mujer inspiradora-@anabarreraarte, cuencos de cristal de cuarzo Alchemy®️, 6 mujeres especiales creadoras y sostenedoras, curiosidad, confianza, abundancia y agradecimiento. Unión, reencuentro y comunidad alrededor del sonido, ¡magia!

Time to gather around sound. My Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls®️ and I felt so honored to facilitate and host a sound bath for 8 brave and beautiful women.

Preparing and hosting-facilitating this sound bath was a unique and empowering experience and personal journey.

Thanks to all 8 women for your curiosity and trusting my guidance and my bowls.

Thanks also to my teacher @lydia_alchemycrystalsounds for offering me this opportunity.

I love guiding introductory Zentangle®️ sessions. Seeing and witnessing how the participant’s emotions and experience unfolds one stroke at a time.

Opening up, relaxing, connecting with own breathing, becoming aware of their mind, playing…. all in just one session.

Today, I introduced the Zentangle®️ method to a person with a real beautiful energy. We energised each other since the beginning. The intention proposed for the session was “Discover”.

Zentangle®️-break summer edition 2025 ended so beautifully. Over 12 sessions, 12 participants from around the Netherlands, practicing more than 15 tangles… we relaxed and had fun together. Guiding the participants through each session was an energetic process and created a sense of community around the Zentangle®️ method.

Company, inspiring each other, sharing ideas, being opened to explore new tangles, feeling joy, enjoying, experimenting that whenever happens in the tile at the end, “alles is goed”. All these appear in participant’s messages. THANK YOU for joining this edition.

As a Zentangle®️ Teacher, spreading the word about this empowering method is my passion. As a Zentangle®️ lover practicing it with such a group of brave participants brings me sense of community and energy.

Impermanence. Nature, great teacher. This weekend I had a special guest… butterfly is a sign of transformation. Butterflies have always been present in my life. Impermanence.

Autumn became one of my preferred seasons in The Netherlands. Even more than spring with the blooming and the tulips. I am fascinated about the nature speaking in Autumn: life beyond death. Death to bring life.

I feel so grateful for having experienced such a connected-to-nature weekend, just simple being at home and walking in “my” park. Thank you Nature for being such a great teacher 💜🙏🏽
