I have never witnessed a bad set by @borrachomusic ! They were easily one of the highlights of all of @ripplefesttexas ! This power trio just brings it so hard and groovy! Some more excellent shots from our @ripplefesttexas set last week courtesy of Kevin from @floristheavy! The come down was tough this week but we have one more killer show in a couple weeks at @metro_baltimore with the @howlinggiant homies, @faerie_ring and Baltimore’s own @moonsinger410 on Oct 7 before we hole up to finish writing and recording our next album. Have a great weekend and go check out some live music! #borracho #livemusic by @borrachomusic

***Ripplefest appreciation post***

As we venture back to DC today from Austin, we are filled with gratitude and joy. From the moment we arrived at the @sagebrush for @ripplefesttexas it was like being home, welcomed immediately by old friends and fellow travelers who make this annual pilgrimage to be a part of a special community, experience seeing so many finely curated bands, and remind each other what’s important.

So Thursday ruled, and we already posted about that. But we also got to spend some time on the road with our old friends @zedrocknow and join forces with the likes of @kalelband, @las.cruces.doom, @demons_my_friends, @granmorenomusic and more along the way. This community is what makes the work worthwhile, and traveling to bring our music to new places keeps the three of us going and connected.

We did a little sightseeing where we could as we drove many miles through Texas, and closed out our weekend as fans back at the Sagebrush to enjoy one last fix of heavy grooves and hangs. So great to see the @howlinggiant homies, @blueheronabq crushed, and the almighty @greenleafband who capped off the weekend perfectly, not to mention the great people we met and spent time with.

Huge thanks go out to Ryan and the whole @lomsproductions crew for having us and treating us so well, to Todd from @ripplemusic, and to everyone we hung out with, jammed with, who bought some merch or just brought some energy while we played. We love you all!

Washington DC’s heavy mother fuckin’ repetitive groove master’s Borracho @borrachomusic had the place just lit on night one of @ripplefesttexas I’m mean lit. Why they sound so good? 31.1% sounds about right. I got this whole set and had an incredible time filming it. I got the entire crowd. I hope you will come to my channel someday and watch it. Contrary to what you may have heard ….I’m really a nice guy who just likes to have fun. #ripplefamily #ripplefesttexas #ripplefest #mymetallife by @borrachomusic
