Nice region in the sky where a reflecion nebula is embedded in an H-Alpha region.

Imaged this one already in the last year but without a modified camera. Now with the crop DSLR I am also able to come closer.

Whale & Hockey Stick (NGC 4631 & NGC 4656)

The Box is quite nice, but even nicer are these 2 red shifted galaxy clusters far away in the background. The bigger one is Abell 1495 in about 1.7 Billion light years distance.

Cygnus Wall

First real try of processing the L-Extreme data as 2 separate channels - Ha and OIII and not as a single RGB image. You can see this nebula also in a small Tele lens just an your camera, as its Ha is so strong.

NGC6888 - Crescent Nebula

Now we are talking.. the Crescent with L-Extreme.. not comparable to the version without the filter.. so much more signal and much smaller stars. Its about 4.500 light years away.

M104 - Sombrero Galaxy

Not perfect - had some tracking issues as M104 is quite low on the horizon at my location... but nonetheless I wanted to show it, as I really like this galaxy in about 30 Mio light years distance.
