BOS is growing and we have a few updates to share 💙

Starting October 12, new client membership pricing will be:

⚡ Unlimited Spin — $165/month
💪 Unlimited Tone — $165/month
💙 Unlimited Spin + Tone — $199/month

Our updated schedule is live in the app! We’ve added 4:30 PM classes and 5:45 & 6:45PMs, plus a Friday 4:30 PM Spin with Alyssa and Casey alternating. The last Friday of each month will still be CLUB CHAOS with Casey at 5:45 PM. Check the app for the full schedule and book your spot!

We’re also updating our waitlist late-cancel window from 8 hours to 12 hours.

And save the date: BOS turns one on October 11! Join us for class from 9–10 AM, then celebrate with us at the studio from 11 AM–2 PM 🎉

To our current members: eligible members received an email with their grandfathered rate offer and details. Check your inbox, and reach out if you have questions.

Thank you for being part of BOS, cheering each other on, and bringing the energy every time you walk through our doors. We’re just getting started. You belong here 💙 #fitnessstudio # by @bos_cycling

Baby, we were born this way 🤩🏳️‍🌈✨

I can’t even express how much I love this community.

I can’t even express how much I love Katie for this FIRE video 🔥🎥 @contentbykn

I can’t even express how happy my heart is inside this room 🥹💙

We showed up loud. We showed up proud. We showed up smiling.

And honestly, that’s all I could ever ask for.

Grateful for this community, these moments, and every single person who showed up exactly as they are. That’s the BOS way. 💙

Thank you to this team for showing up, showing love, and making it absolutely unforgettable.

Same time next year, Alyssa? @alyssachutch 🫶🏼🤭🏳️‍🌈

You never know what someone is carrying when they walk through the door 🤍

Some days, showing up is the hardest part. Some days, that hour is the first time all day you get to breathe, move, and focus on yourself.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to belong in the room. However you’re showing up today is enough. And you never know who might need to see you there, showing up too.

Come as you are. We’re glad you’re here. ✨ @bos_cycling #northshorefitness #showupeveryday #workoutmotivation #matpilates #groupfitnessclasses by @bos_cycling
