Our IVF adventure thus far… the short story that’s actually really long ✨

After months of appointments, testing, questions and waiting, surgery finally gave us answers. What was supposed to be the removal of a cyst and fibroids became the moment we learned that both of my fallopian tubes were completely blocked and needed to be removed.

Hearing that I’ll never be able to become pregnant naturally was heavier than I could have prepared for. Even when you know something is a possibility, hearing that it is now your reality hits differently.

But this isn’t where our story ends—it’s where our IVF journey officially begins. 🤍

We’re taking it one appointment, one prayer and one step at a time. I’m sharing our story because infertility can feel incredibly lonely, and if even one person feels less alone because we chose to talk about it, then sharing the hard parts is worth it.

This is everything that brought us here… surgery, IVF and everything in between. Our path may look different than we imagined, but we still have so much hope that it will lead us to our baby someday. 🥹🤍✨ #ivf #ivfjourney #ivfstory #infertility #trustingodsplan by @caseyxfields

Your not cruel for choosing distance. Your healing ❤️‍🩹

Healing sometimes looks like grieving people who are still alive. It looks like missing what you deserved but never received. It looks like protecting your peace even when it breaks your own heart to do it.

To every no contact child sitting with guilt today — guilt does not mean you made the wrong choice. Sometimes it just means you have a heart big enough to still love people who hurt you.

Be gentle with yourself today. You are allowed to mourn, to heal, to protect your peace, and to become the version of yourself they never made space for 🫶🏼 #nocontact #healingjourney #narcissisticparent #childhoodtrauma #protectyourpeace by @caseyxfields

You never know what someone is carrying when they walk through the door 🤍

Some days, showing up is the hardest part. Some days, that hour is the first time all day you get to breathe, move, and focus on yourself.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to belong in the room. However you’re showing up today is enough. And you never know who might need to see you there, showing up too.

Come as you are. We’re glad you’re here. ✨ @bos_cycling #northshorefitness #showupeveryday #workoutmotivation #matpilates #groupfitnessclasses by @caseyxfields

Run, baby run for a hydrafacial like now ✨ @thr.iv.well From the moment I walked in, Tanya and her team made me feel so welcome. I’ve been going to Tanya and Thr.IV.well for over a year and a half for IVs during marathon training and recovery, and now I’m adding them to my skincare routine, too!

They’re a one-stop shop for wellness and recovery, with everything from IVs and facials to Botox and wellness and weight-loss support. For my first Hydrafacial, I saw Ellie, and she was amazing. She took such great care of me and made the whole experience feel like a treat.

So, what’s a Hydrafacial? It’s a multi-step treatment that goes beyond your everyday cleanse: it deeply cleanses and exfoliates, helps clear out pore buildup, and replenishes your skin with hydrating serums. Think of it as a deep clean and hydration boost for your skin. ✨

Between teaching, working out, and being constantly on the go, my pores can get clogged—and let’s be honest, washing my face doesn’t always get the attention it deserves. My skin was ready for this reset, and I left truly glowing. A whole week later, someone asked me what I’d done because my face was still glowing! 🤩

So take this as your sign to book a little time for yourself. Your skin—and your self-care routine—will thank you. 🩵 #skincare #hydrafacial #facial #glowup #saugus by @caseyxfields

October brought a lot of tears—both happy and hard ones. This month had its highs and plenty of lows, but most of all, it gave us some truly beautiful moments.

One part of October crushed me, but we made it through. Another part helped me heal, and we will be okay.

This season of life is showing me just how strong I can be, even when I don’t feel strong at all 🤍 #ᴘʜᴏᴛᴏᴅᴜᴍᴘ #october #ivf #ivfjourney #healingjourney by @caseyxfields

Be picky about the life you settle for 🫶🏼✨ When the feelings feel too big, go somewhere that reminds you how beautifully small you are in this world. A little perspective, a deep breath, and a reminder that so much possibility is still out there. 🌎✨ #indoorcyclinginstructor #mindset #selfgrowth #smallbusinessowner #healingjourney by @caseyxfields
