POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Soooo last week I took the holiday and unplugged entirely through Tuesday which is why no Mic Check was posted. Today has proven to be a Mondays Monday and for whatever reasons this weeks song is not posting to streaming services, I’ve been trying to work it out but it’s looking like I won’t be able to share it today. I was sitting down to work on some lyrics and came across this drawing and it felt like a fair description of my mood haha. Ah well, a cold beer, some Monday night football and a better attitude tomorrow! I will be sharing the track as soon as I get it all worked out, hope to be posting it soon! #artist #technicalissues #hiphop #rap #miccheck #struggle #grind #later by @bos_the_rapper

And it’s Monday so Mic Check time! This week is Mud On My Name Freestyle, the Freeform verse is off the top and the hook rounded it out nicely. Produced and recorded by @danimal_cummings once again! I started rapping though freestyles and honestly I’ve continued to love it and hone that part of the craft constantly. Song writing is dope but there’s something about letting your mind wander over a beat and that moment when your brain just clicks and it goes. Go check it out, let me know what ya think! #freestyle #rap #hiphop #badfriends #mudonmyname #localart #miccheck #mondays by @bos_the_rapper

Ayyy so I was having issues with IG yesterday and couldn’t get a post up HOWEVER Mic Check Monday still had a release!! Check out Let It Pour featuring @felipecollazo on the chorus. Recorded and mixed by @mertzmusic at @thebridgesoundandstage and the beat is produced by @mlotmadeit. On a real note this track is about battling depressions, addiction and mental disease, absolutely nobody should fight alone. If you’re struggling with your mental health call somebody, say something and allow yourself to lean on those around you to make it through. It hurts to hurt and it hurts to lose people to a battle your didn’t even know they were fighting. Please take care of yourself! #letitpour #hiphop #rap #awareness #localartist #fight #stillstanding by @bos_the_rapper

Ayyyy Mic Check Monday Again! This week I’m pumped to release All Gravy, produced by my good friend, the homie and frequent collaborator @danimal_cummings of @already_dead_music !! You’re gonna see Dans name as a producer, sometimes sneaking vocals in, and collaborator on a lot of my music. I met him in 2014-15ish freestyling at a party and pretty much since then we’ve been working together with music in one capacity or another so it’s dope to be rapping over his beats and excited to keep putting music out with the boyzzzz! Check it out and let us know what ya think! #hiphop #homegrown #rap #miccheckmondays #music #local #allgravy #baileys #homies by @bos_the_rapper
