Behind every new menu, there’s a cook-off! Every new dish gets made, tasted, debated and refined by the whole team before it ever reaches a customer. The chefs cook, the front of house team try everything for the first time - learning the ingredients, the provenance, the stories behind each dish so they can bring that to the table. This is Cardiff’s cook-off, the day before the autumn menu went live. And even now, the dishes are being tweaked. That’s the part most people don’t see. #newmenu #autumnwinter #bosco #italianfood by @boscopizzeria

So… Who gets your vote? Five negronis, five staff members, five locations — all on our special Negroni menu this week. The most ordered wins. Swipe for the recipes. Come in for the real thing. 🥃 Negroni Week · 21st–27th September @campariofficial #negroni #negroniweek #bosco #italiandining by @boscopizzeria
Five staff members. Five Negronis. One winner. 🥃🍊 Behind closed doors, our team entered their own Negroni creations to celebrate Negroni Week. We tasted, debated and picked the best from each location (tough job). Five recipes have gone head to head on a special Bosco Negroni Menu, available in every restaurant all week. Now it’s over to you (equally tough job). Whichever Negroni gets the most orders across the week takes home the prize — and things are already getting competitive. Come on in and crown your winner 🏆 #negroni #negroniweek #bosco @campariofficial @negroniweek by @boscopizzeria
There’s something we probably should have told you sooner… We’re on Uber Eats. #takeaway #delivery #pizzadelivery #bosco by @boscopizzeria
