Adwoa’s nurturing spirit and unwavering dedication to fostering a community of like-minded individuals have made “The Covering” a beacon of inspiration and creativity.

The mother of the most dynamic and ingenious children Timmika, Shiloh and Josiah. She’s been made grand three times by the amazingly brilliant and beautiful Lylaa-Rose and just as amazing, handsome Saint-Monroe and Capri Sailor Ramsay-Grant. She’s the founder of The Catch up a ministry that gives women accountable and the push they need to go after all God has for them. Every girl needs a good catch up!
