we stand with anyone and everyone impacted by ICE. the 24 hour news cycle is a whirlwind, but we cannot turn away from the horror that ICE are continuing to inflict in our communities. we must continue to talk about what they are doing and applying pressure for it to stop. whether you live in the US or not, you can help people whose lives have been affected by ICE. our simple post scratches the surface of how you can make a small difference. visit https://www.standwithminnesota.com/ for more advice on how to help.

New year resolutions SUCK. When your randomly-chosen, guilt-ridden resolutions inevitably collapse, you’ll just feel shit about yourself for not managing to achieve something you likely didn’t want to do in the first place. Plus now there’s extra clutter in your house that you’ll never use and a subscription charge you’ll forget to cancel for several months (hello to my fellow ADHDers). It’s a perfect set up for failure.

BUT there are some fab ways to use this reflective period in a way that doesn't turn you on yourself. Hit the link in the bio to read the full article 💅
