Don’t often post, but Girls on the Run Rio Grande - Central NM is always worth posting! Every. Single. Girl. Completed their practice 5k last week! I am so proud of them, and so proud of this program that helps girls develop life skills as well as physical health! by @bosquegrrl

🐾 🕊️ Goodbye sweet Pippy 🐾 🕊️ In 2007, I saw a tiny kitten trying to jump the median on I-25 as I drove by. I pulled over and ran to her and she shit all over me when I picked her up! 💩 She hid up in my dashboard and I left the car door open overnight. We were meant to find each other, as I randomly picked up a paint can on the shelf in the garage the next morn and said “F, she could be anywhere in here!” And there she was. I scooped her up and brought her in and became her mom whether she liked it or not. She had such big ears so I called her Pippy for Pippy Longstocking’s pigtails. She was initially feral, so never was a snuggler, but she would sit on my chest at night which put me right to sleep. She was the best surrogate mama to my Amos and Scooter and my independent gentle girl for the last 16 years. Trixie and I gave our respects to her today. 💕I am so blessed to have such loving relationship with animals 💕 by @bosquegrrl
