4 months have passed since the stage on August 2, 2025.
The woman I am today has crushed the woman I once was.

Over 120 days of discipline, consistency, and silent battles,the call of competition never left my mind.

This 4th medal belongs to the Fit Model category.

The Bikini stage is still ahead of me.
Bikini requires sharper conditioning, deeper muscle maturity, and patience.

When I look in the mirror, I don’t see the end —
I see potential, space to grow, and a fire still building.

2026: blood and sweat, doubled.

加把劲👠，
赶快把高跟鞋版本的 Posing 练起来。

肌肉要继续长，线条要继续雕，
Posing 也真的不能偷懒。

以前总觉得，只要把肌肉练出来就够了。
今天跟教练练完 Posing 才发现，
原来练出来是一回事，会不会展示又是另一回事。

肩膀怎么打开、腰线怎么呈现、
臀腿怎么摆，每一个角度都有很多细节要注意。

有肌肉不代表会比赛，会练也不代表会展示。😂

所以接下来除了继续努力训练，
Posing 也要认真练起来！

今天谢谢温柔又甜美的教练

还有很多地方需要学习，

The person,

I’ve been looking forward to meeting all this time… has always been myself.

Looking at this photo, I quietly shed a few tears.

Every time I didn’t feel like weighing my food,
every time I wanted to be lazy and skip the gym, every single day I struggled with myself…
none of it was in vain.

The most touching part isn’t that my body has finally started to look better.
It’s that I can finally see with my own eyes that all those efforts I made in silence are beginning to pay off.

I can’t wait to meet the version of myself I’ll become in October next year.
