From Brasil to Portland. Bossa began as a shared dream to bring the rhythm, warmth, and spirit of Brasil into the city we love. Over the years, our home became a place where friends gathered around food and music that encouraged connection and curiosity. We watched people who had never met find common ground over stories, flavors, and moments that felt genuine and open. Those gatherings showed us how powerful it can be when culture is shared with honesty and care. Bossa is an extension of that feeling. It is a space shaped by Brazilian hospitality and Portland creativity, built for community, celebration, and belonging. It is meant to be a place where people come together, feel welcomed, and experience the joy that inspired its creation. While we prepare our café and cocktail bar, we are beginning with what has always been at the heart of this idea: Café Brasileiro! We roast beans from small, sustainable farms, now available online so you can experience a piece of Bossa wherever you are. When we open, you can expect freshly roasted coffee, pão de queijo, açaí bowls, tapiocas, pastries, caipirinhas, music, and evenings shaped by the energy of Brazilian culture. Thank you for being part of this journey. We cannot wait to welcome you. Até logo! 🇧🇷🤝 taken in Portland, Oregon by @bossapdx

Prazer, we’re the founders of Bossa. Bossa was born from late-night conversations, homesickness, a deep love for coffee, and the belief that culture is meant to be shared. Our mission is simple: to bring the warmth, rhythm, and flavors of Brasil to Portland, and to create a space where everyone feels welcome. We’re building more than a Brazilian café & bar. We’re building a community space rooted in Brazilian culture and Portland creativity. We’re so grateful for all the support we have received so far and we are excited that things are moving forward on the café and bar! From organic regenerative farms in Brasil to roasting locally with care, every detail matters. Taste it for yourself! Our coffee is available online and if you live in Portland we offer free delivery! We can’t wait to share this journey with you! Obrigado, Emanuelle & Tilion taken in Portland, Oregon by @bossapdx

We recently traveled to Brasil, to visit @fazendadutras and spend time with the family behind the coffee we are proud to share through Bossa. We are incredibly grateful to @victoriadutra, a fourth-generation member of the Dutra family, for taking the time to share her knowledge, her family’s story, and the care and intention behind the farm. Visiting the farm was such an important part of our journey. We wanted to learn directly from the people growing our coffee, understand every step of the process, and build a relationship rooted in trust, shared values, and a love for Brazilian coffee. Every bag of Carinho and Aurora carries a piece of this story, from the mountains of Matas de Minas to your cup. Available in our website 💛🇧🇷 #bossapdx #fazendasdutra #cafébrasileiro #specialtycoffee #portlandoregon taken in Fazendas Dutra by @bossapdx
