🥒🧀 BABY-FRIENDLY LAUKI PANEER TIKKA 👶🏻💚

Lauki doesn’t have to be boring! 😍
These soft little tikkas are packed with lauki, paneer, oats + a homemade dry fruit & seed mix.

✨ INGREDIENTS
• Lauki – grated & squeezed
• Paneer – grated/mashed
• Oats – powdered
• Dry fruit & seed mix – powdered
• A little ghee

👩🏻‍🍳 RECIPE
1️⃣ Grate and squeeze out the excess water from lauki.
2️⃣ Mix lauki + paneer + powdered oats + dry fruit & seed mix.
3️⃣ Shape into small, soft tikkas.
4️⃣ Cook on a lightly greased pan on LOW–MEDIUM heat.
5️⃣ Flip gently until cooked through and lightly golden.
6️⃣ Let them cool and serve! 🥰

💡 Keep the tikkas SOFT and easy to mash between your fingers for little ones.

🥔❤️ Beetroot Paneer Tikki – Baby Friendly Recipe 👶

✨ Ingredients:
• ½ small beetroot – boiled & mashed
• 1 small sweet potato – boiled & mashed
• ½ cup paneer – crumbled
• 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
• A pinch of cumin powder and salt for baby more than 1 year #
• Ghee for cooking

👩‍🍳 Recipe:
1️⃣ Mix beetroot, sweet potato, paneer, coriander & cumin powder.
2️⃣ Mash everything well and make small soft tikkis.
3️⃣ Heat a pan and add a little ghee.
4️⃣ Cook the tikkis on low-medium heat until lightly golden on both sides.
5️⃣ Cool slightly and serve! ❤️

👶 Tip: Keep the tikki soft and easy to mash between your fingers. For babies under 1 year, skip salt.
