Delta Sigma Theta x Boss Up Jr.
🔺🔺🔺

University of Houston brought mental health and poetry to the campus for the Delta students and we did writing activities, had an open forum for them to discuss mental health topics, and allowed them to express themselves freely about what was happening on campus. TSU x Boss Up Jr. 📖

It was a great time partnering with the student initiative and sit down with the TSU students to talk about what mental health issues they were struggling with, and be their support while they went through the Heal. Boss Up. Repeat workbook.

Teenagers are hard to crack open but once you sit down and get on their level and just listen that’s all they really need. We laughed, some cried, and at the end of the day they inspired me more than I inspired them. 💞 by @bossup_junior
