Finally ready to share my 2023 transformation to catapult me into 2024 🤩 I spent the year focusing on my health, finding ways to boost my metabolism, carb cycling, lifting heavier, pushing myself on the treadmill, rowing further and stronger. I didn’t need to lose weight, but I needed to feel better, have more natural energy, drink less alcohol, and sleep more. It was a true test of discipline! THIS is the result! I’m so happy and ready to keep going in 2024 🎉🎉 LETSSS GOOOOO by @botanicallybased

Another trip around the ☀️
Started off in my happy place, a birthday burn with my Orange fam at @otfcottleville 🧡🍊 I worked a tiny bit, got a free drink from @7brewcoffee, hung with my mama outside in the garden for a bit and had dinner with the fam (minus N) at the new @rosalitascantina in OFallon for tacos and a birthday shot of tequila! Finished the night with the entire fam - homemade strawberry cake & strawberry icing by Mr @iruthexplore It was delicious- thank you for baking, decorating and the thoughtful gifts ❤️❤️
I genuinely felt the love today - thank you to everyone for celebrating me, sending me pics and texts & sending me FB wishes. I am counting all my blessings tonight 🫶🏽 by @botanicallybased

900 classes later, and I’ve realized this journey was never just about fitness.

Yes, I’ve become stronger physically, but the greatest gift has been the people. The friendships, the encouragement, the coaches who believed in me, and a community that has cheered me on through every season of life.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of these 900 classes. You’ve made this place feel like so much more than a gym—you’ve made it feel like home.

On to the next 100. 🧡🍊💪🏽 taken in Orangetheory Fitness Cottleville by @botanicallybased
