Meet Fashion Decoded, the Botika podcast on all things fashion, AI and tech.

Every episode, we talk with the people shaping the fashion industry: designers, creative directors, brand leads. AI is reshaping their work, and we want the real picture: what’s changing in their day to day and how they see the future.

The trailer is here, and the first guest episode lands Thursday.

Spoiler: twenty years inside fashion design, from Hermès to Amazon Fashion, on what AI actually changes for designers.

Don’t miss it to find out who our guest is.

The first question brands ask us: will it hold up close?

Everyone has seen AI imagery that works at feed size and collapses on zoom. Warped jewelry, plastic skin, hair that melts into the background.

For a fashion brand, one image like that on a PDP costs more than the photo saved, because customer trust doesn't come back at a discount.

So look close. These are detail crops from a single generated model. Skin texture, individual hairs, the metal links of a chain.

This is (not) real... or is it? by @botika_com

The "AI slop" luxury campaigns?

Marion Chereau, who spent years creating Hermès collections, thinks some of them got exactly the reaction they wanted.

Editorial direction the way fashion magazines do it: a strong styling idea, a mood that holds, a model who stays the same character from the first frame to the last.

Ata built the whole story on Botika, and the consistency is what makes it read like a campaign instead of a collection of images.

Creative vision is the only input. Everything else is production, and production is handled.

Your PDP shouldn't be boring.

One leather jacket, shot in studio, and not a flat white-background filler frame anywhere. Different models, real attitude in the posing, imagery that sells the jacket instead of just proving it exists.

Product pages are the most visited pages you own.
Make them look like it.

This is fashion editorial in the classic sense: a point of view, styling that tells a story, a world built around the garment.

@gosia_studio directed it end to end on Botika, one consistent model through every look, every frame answering to the same creative idea.

The kind of editorial that used to need a full production behind it.
Now it needs a vision.

A casting board, minus the casting.

Ten portraits, ten women who could carry your next collection. All generated, all tested for consistency, all live in the gallery. by @botika_com

The hard part of AI models is not generating a good face once. It is holding that face steady across 5,000 product photos. Brands running catalogs at that scale cannot afford a model who drifts between images: different jaw, different skin, different person by photo 300.

That is why every model goes through consistency testing before reaching the platform: poses, angles, lighting conditions, product categories. If it drifts, it doesn't ship.

These are the new faces that met the standard. by @botika_com

From flat lay to editorial in one flow.

The inputs: flat shots of a vest, jeans and a belt.
The output: an elevated PDP set that looks directed, stays on brand and never touched a studio.
