🍳SAUSAGE & EGG MUFFIN🍳
.
Don't mind if I do!
.
This was just what the doctor (and by doctor, I mean a hungry me) ordered. Amazing sausage from @thejollyhog, served on a fried egg, topped with cheese and ketchup and sandwiched between a good old English muffin 🤤
.
What you saying? Would you dive in on my muffin❓❓

🔥BURNT ENDS🔥
.
Sticky, tender, juicy and squishy. It's hard to get better than a portion of burnt ends, and these did not disappoint!
.
Basted with @bullseyebbq original sauce to finish and give that added sticky sweetness 🤤

🥙CHICKEN FAJITAS🥙
.
Here's some fajitas I knocked up, served open as the home made flatbread was more like home made fat-bread, but it still tasted great!
.
Cooked on the Monolith Junior using the Weber griddle which is the perfect size for the baby kamado 🔥

🐽PORK TENDERLOIN🐽
.
Do you like it when your pork blushes❓
.
For me, a slightly pink tenderloin is the only way to fly. It's so easy to dry this cut out, so a bit of a blush in the middle is good with me 👍

🔥🥩BROILER STEAK🥩🔥
.
If you like a good restaurant finish on your steak, you can't go wrong with sticking it under a bastard hot broiler for a few minutes🔥🔥🔥
.
The fat crisps up nicely and you get a great crust on the outside. Just keep an eye on the temp as it'll cook fast. Luckily this steak was as big as my head so it had a chance to get a great finish 👌
.
Looks cool when cooking at night too 🌙

🐖FRIED PORK BELLY🐖
.
Not exactly my best photo, but this was so good! Pork belly cooked sous vide for 18 hours, cooled, rubbed with jerk seasoning and shallow fried until skin is crispy and fat is all gooey 🤤
.
Great kick of heat and the crunch with the lovely soft fat was to die for!
