This trip was planned by Jon as Mara’s 13th birthday surprise long before any of us knew how much it would come to mean.

Six months without him, and somehow we ended up exactly where he wanted us to be — celebrating her becoming a teenager in New York and watching the magic she loves come to life on Broadway.

Mara has adored Draco Malfoy for years, so getting to see 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘗𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 (and seeing Tom Felton bring Draco back to life on stage) feels like the most perfect birthday gift he could have imagined.
