What a life we have built together.

Grounded in a friendship that started 33 years ago, somehow finding each other at exactly the right time, and building something more meaningful than I ever could have imagined. We raised two incredible boys, created a home filled with love, safety, laughter, and acceptance, and continue to chase adventure side by side.

We’ve traveled, grown, struggled, celebrated, and evolved together and through all of it, you have remained my constant, my peace, and my home.

As a kid, I dreamed about what a fulfilling life might look like someday. The truth is, what we built together has exceeded anything I could have imagined.

And the best part? I know we’re just stepping into the next chapter of our adventure together.

First Senior Society tournament in Napa ✔️
Not the result I wanted… but exactly the experience I needed.

I’ve been putting in the work to reach that next level, and stepping onto the course with some of the best senior amateur players in the country showed me exactly where I’m growing — and where I need to sharpen the edges.

Proud of the progress. Hungry for more.
December brings two big events — including one in Florida — and I’m all in on taking the next step.

✨ Another Year Around the Sun

Another year around the sun, and I find myself standing here with a fuller, quieter heart and a wider horizon. Birthdays have always been a moment of honest reflection for me; a gentle pause where I ask:

Have I grown? What has shifted? What path am I choosing now?

And this year… this year has been a beautiful unfolding. A tapestry of blessings stitched together by family, new beginnings, and the kind of gratitude that settles deep in your bones.

We traveled to places that filled us, laughed in ways that reminded us we’re still young at heart, and stepped boldly into a new season Katie and I becoming bird-launchers, stepping into our life as Venti 3.0.

With our boys off chasing their dreams, we’ve rediscovered the joy of us.
Not learning who we are, but savoring who we’ve become. There is a sweetness in this chapter, a spaciousness, a lightness that feels earned.

My golf journey has opened up again, calling me back to the dream I held as a teenager, to compete, to strive, to feel alive in that pursuit. Now as a senior, it feels richer, wiser, more meaningful.

- New friendships.
- New goals.
- A familiar fire, burning in a new way.

I am grateful for the work that challenges me, for the career that provides and expands my world, for the opportunities that arrive exactly when they’re meant to.

So here I am; another year older, and profoundly grateful.

- Grateful for love.
- Grateful for growth.
- Grateful for the quiet confidence that the universe continues to place beautiful things in my path.

This next chapter, I want to walk with curiosity, with joy, and with a heart that stays open to connection, to possibility, to wonder.

CGA Western Senior in the books—solo 7th, 54 holes of grinding. Consistency is coming together: slow out of the gate, heated up in the middle, and battled through some tough luck late. Every finish pushes me closer to those first WAGR points and a sharper game. Our youngest has closed the chapter of HS to yet start another! What an incredible four years! Deep friendships were made and so much laughter!
