Slow mornings in Canggu 🤍

For someone who is always moving, exploring, and planning the next adventure, being forced to slow down wasn’t easy.

But recovery has a way of changing your perspective.

Now it’s late breakfasts.
Good coffee.
Ocean air.
Long conversations.
And giving my body the time it needs.

Instead of rushing to the next place, I’m learning to appreciate where I am.

And honestly?

There is something beautiful about having nowhere to be except right here.

Maybe life isn’t always about moving faster.

Maybe sometimes it’s about enjoying your breakfast while it’s still warm ☕🥐🤍

Amed, you feel so good for my soul. 🤍🌊

The last few days have been all about cycling around, long beach walks, conversations with locals, and quietly observing their prayers and the beautiful way they spend time with their families. 🌿

In a world that never seems to slow down, Amed reminds me to pause and appreciate what really matters.
