Ripping on Baltasar in the coastal race here in Malta. We had 20-25 knots of breeze, good practice for the team with the upcoming @rolexmiddlesearace . Coming away with a win 🥇overall is of course nice. You can’t get better practicf than go racing📸 @kurtarrigo #northsails by @bouwebekking

Over 20 knots of breeze. Balthasar showing what it’s about!

The Yachting Malta Coastal Race delivered an epic day on the water, with Balthasar taking the win. For a team preparing to take on 606nm, it was the ideal opportunity to push the boat, sharpen the teamwork and enjoy some serious racing.

A big thank you to Yachting Malta for making days like this possible.

Next up, the Rolex Middle Sea Race.

Another solid result for the Balthasar team, finishing 3 rd overall in the maxi class: congrats to Jethou and V, who were ahead of us. The new rig from Southernspars helped giving our performance a boost and fitted the @northsails main as predicted!

Not easy to be the smallest boat in the fleet, but had again great starts on Balthasar in the voile de st tropez and solid results.

Had a fantastic first event with Niramo in the cape31 class. Big learning curve, especially with 20 on the starting line. We didn’t win and finished mid fleet, but we had good pace. Next voile de st tropez with Balthasar.

4th place for us on Liberty in the @ibizajoysail . The larger yachts had the heels on us this week. Now in Hyeres for the Cape 31 on Niramo, first class event for the team!

No racing today in the @ibizajoysail after civil protection alert ( heavy rain and strong winds) was send out by Balearic government. And indeed the thunderstorms did come. Tomorrow looks nice sailing 🎥will byrne by @bouwebekking
