Our best ever… and it was enough for 4th place in Open Class C Classic Physique and 4th place in Open Class B Men’s Physique. But definitely not what we wanted. (Swipe to end for a surprise)

But, it’s never been about the medals.

It’s always been about the journey, the people I inspire, and the smile I put on my younger self’s face.

I love this. I love the process. I love having fun with it.

We have another show in 9 days, and we’re turning the heat up. We needed more conditioning, and that’s exactly what we’re bringing.

As much as I love to win, I love to lose too — because this is what brings the best out of me in the end.

First off… I just want to say I’m blessed. Truly blessed for this opportunity.
There are people in this world starving, searching for clean water, fighting real battles… and here I am stressing about stage conditioning, posing, and macros. When you zoom out, these are trivial problems, and taking a few days to reflect made me really count my blessings.

This past weekend at the NPC Long Island Championship we accomplished EXACTLY what I wanted TOP 2 in both:
• 🥇 1st Place — Open Class C Men’s Physique
• 🥈 2nd Place — Open Class C Classic Physique

Over 170+ athletes, stacked, everyone chasing their last shot before Nationals — and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I didn’t do this alone.
There were years of setbacks, tests, and battles I had to face to become the man capable of standing on that stage. When you ask God for big blessings, He doesn’t give them to you instantly — He gives you tests to grow you into someone who can hold them.

It hits me hard to write this, because just 4-6 short years ago, I was a full-blown alcoholic… depressed… lost… wondering why I was here and what my purpose was. But I never quit. And I never lost faith in God’s plan for me.

TO ANYONE READING THIS:
Take the leap. Be the crazy dreamer. Speak those goals out loud.
Because God and the universe don’t give you what you want —
They give you what you ARE becoming.
You become what you think about most.
The magic you want sits inside the work you’re avoiding.
Look in the mirror, choose who you want to be, and chase it relentlessly.
If you don’t, you won’t. If you do, you will.
Let me be your example that you can too.

Realized I never even dropped my stage shots from the NPC RI Championships… so here we go 🔥

Every bit of feedback from that day got internalized. Adjustments have been made. Now it’s all about sharpening the sword for the Eastern USA Championships – Teaneck, NJ, Nov. 8th 🏆

This time around it’s full prep, full posing sessions, no shortcuts. Sticking to the plan 100%, dialing in conditioning, and yes… actually bringing my own food to the show this time LMAO 🍗🥔

Conditioning and posing are going to make or break me. I’m locked in. Let’s run it back and show out. 🚀

I’ve failed more times than most people (READ BELOW) have even tried.

And the crazy part is… I still fail.
I fail. I learn. I adjust. I get back up and do it again.

The difference isn’t talent. It isn’t genetics. It isn’t luck.
It’s that I continue to pray. I continue to work. I continue to strive for greatness even when I fall flat on my face.

From fat and depressed… to defined and successful.

From self-destruction… to self-respect.

From making excuses… to making progress.

Not because life got easier, but because I stopped running from the lessons and started embracing them.
Every setback was a test. Every loss was a lesson. Every failure was a blessing in disguise that prepared me for the next level.

I’m grateful not only for the grades on the tests, but for the lessons that brought me there.

The trophies are cool. The physique is cool. The success is cool.
But the real victory is becoming the man I once needed when I was at my lowest.

To anyone struggling right now: your current chapter is not your final chapter.
Keep praying. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep showing up.
One day you’ll look back and thank God He didn’t give up on you when you were ready to give up on yourself.

Finally got to hit my posing routine to Separate Ways on stage.

Well… sort of 😂

Since I was competing in Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, and Men’s Physique all in the same show, things got a little chaotic. I had my routine prepared for Classic Physique finals, but ended up getting cut short and had to freestyle a good chunk of it on the fly.

Definitely not how I drew it up, but that’s part of the fun. Sometimes you prepare for months and still have to adapt in real time.

Either way, I had an absolute blast out there. Every time I step on stage I learn something, improve something, and fall even more in love with the process.
