BHS Cheer had a BLAST at the 2023 UCA Camp @ GWL!!

The team and a couple cheerleaders received:
• Blue and gold ribbons, Superior, in their evaluations
• 2nd place in the Camp Competition
• Overall, they received the 4th place trophy!
• Seniors Makinsey Baughn and Annalise Shelton and Sophomore Morgan Potter competed and were selected as All-American Cheerleaders and have the opportunity to cheer in the New Year’s Day Parade in London, England!
• Makinsey Baughn was also one of ten cheerleaders chosen to “Pin It Forward.” These cheerleaders are chosen by the UCA staff who embody all that a cheerleader is! She was given the opportunity to “Pin It Forward” to another cheerleader from another squad.
• Seniors Abigail Silva and Makinsey Baughn were also top finalists in the Varsity “Jump-off” competition!

The cheerleaders and coaches would like to give a big thanks to the whole UCA Staff!!
