At Melbourne’s Bowltiful, you can watch chefs pull your noodles by hand, right in front of you. And you choose the thickness.

🥢 YOUR NOODLES, YOUR CHOICE
Prefer a lighter texture or a thicker, chewier noodle? They’re pulled to order.

🍜 WHAT GOES INTO THE BOWL?
Beef broth made fresh daily and simmered for hours, paired with white radish, red chilli oil, green garnishes and golden noodles. Those five elements follow a traditional Lanzhou formula.

🌙 DINNER PLANS RUNNING LATE?
The Elizabeth Street and Swanston Street restaurants serve until 2am every day. You’ll also find Bowltiful in Box Hill and Glen Waverley.

Behind it all is founder Charlie Zhang, who personally trains each chef in the noodle-making craft.

One table. Way too many things I wanted to try. 🥢👀

@bowltiful.noodles understood the assignment — juicy beef & onion buns, chicken skewers, spicy braised tofu, stir-fried noodles and a comforting bowl of braised lamb flap noodle soup 🤤

Everything was packed with flavour, but that lamb noodle soup🥹🍜

Hey Melbourne

Wanna have tasty hand pulled noodles 🍜?

Visited @bowltiful.noodles new branch over at 📍Box Hill Central

Very tasty , springy and you can select the thickness of the noodles

We had the Lanzhou beef noodle soup which was so comforting , those tender slices of beef with that deliciously hand made noodles

Soup was so yummy, not that msg laden soups we get usually . This had substance , well cooked over hours to produce this amazing depth.

My fave was the dry version: Oil spill noodle with stewed beef ribs

Bloody good , yummy and a bit spicy 🌶️

Flavours were perfect and it went well with the thick noodles I got .. they somehow absorbed all the flavours and it was so umami

Enjoyed the sides dishes too plus the drinks

The lamb 🐑 burger was so good, tender and well encased in the lovely bun

The lamb skewers were outstanding , with that right amount of fats with the meat , giving that juicy taste and texture

Loved how they generously seasoned the dishes to perfection. One of my fave Lanzhou noodles 🍜 and they got really nice tasty sides to go with it

Give it a try and I bet you love ❤️ it too 🤤
