Just over 3 weeks to go…

For the first time, today it actually felt sharp. Familiar.

I might not feel exactly like I used to — but I’m going to put everything I have into it anyway. Because I have to. More than that — I want to.

I’m doing this for myself but also for my kids. To show them that no matter how bad shit gets, you don’t have to stay down there. You can find your way back.

It won’t be easy. The nerves are a battle for me. But knowing people are behind me? That changes everything.

If you can be there — I’d be so grateful. Every single person cheering me on makes that hill feel a little smaller. Let’s fucking go 🥊🔥 by @box2burn

Walk & Talk number 2 — done and dusted ✅

There’s something so special about showing up and seeing a little community grow, just from people turning up for each other. No fixes, no pressure — just walking, talking, and being there.

The more the merrier — always. If you’d like to join, drop me a message. We’d love to have you 🩵

After years of dedication, hard work, blood, sweat and countless rounds, Matt is ready to lace up the gloves one final time and leave it ALL in the ring! 💪🔥

Anyone who knows Matt knows the passion, heart and commitment he brings to boxing, both as a fighter and as a coach. Now it’s time for us to get behind him and give him the support he deserves! 🙌 by @box2burn

Our 2nd Walk & Talk is this Sunday 🚶‍♂️💬

We need listeners just as much as we need talkers — so even if you’re doing okay, come along and lend an ear. Or simply come to stretch your legs and enjoy the company 🤍

Please share this far and wide. You never know who might really need this — and who might find exactly what they’re looking for.

DM me for details — everyone’s welcome 🩵
