In a world where half the time we can’t tell what is real and what is fake, Be real, be genuine and be kind.

I don’t do pressure Padwork often, there is a time and a place and a reason. I only do it with those that want to compete. He had already sparred, his already extremely fatigued from the other conditioning, we were rotating through, the goal is to keep him moving, set up reactive counters, hold him accountable and staying defensively responsible.
