Friday my first album as CLUBBY BOY is out!

This one really means a lot and is a new direction for myself after so many years of making Deep House. The cover is a photo from about the age I started djing, a young kid putting their whole self worth into music. I’m so thankful I still get to do it. To all the Djs out there, MAKE MUSIC. Any time you feel the scene is oversaturated or overwhelming, pour that energy into creation. I love that I get to put my own unique voice out there through my productions, it’s something that Ai can’t recreate and no matter how many records you collect or party’s you throw, it doesn’t step to the feeling of creating something of your own.

❤️ to all the djs showing support, hit the bio for preorder

CBY18BB OUT NOW

THE ICE MELTER is a Political Statement with nods to multiple classic records while keeping a fresh sound for the new generation. The Mega-Cunt Mix gives a big break down with Classic Vouge smaples, sirens and a FUCK ICE, ICE OUT chant building in the background. With tensions building in the US and ICE taking over cities this record came out of the tyranny of Trump’s regime.

CBY12 OUT NOW

Two fire deep house tracks by TJ Groover.

Grab em now.

“Hold Me” starts with classic warmth, blending soulful vocals and timeless groove into a feel-good floor moment while “Keep Going” brings raw, late-night energy for the true house heads — gritty, hypnotic, and built for the underground. A perfect balance of depth and soul.

CBY11 is here 🔊
Elvin T - at the intersection of fantasy and delusion

This record really feels like a sweaty late night at Void, the basement afters which Elvin T runs. I’m super happy to bring this dark yet funky release into the light. Premiers start tomorrow :)

⌨️
The dancefloor is bigger than the DJ.

Philadelphia’s Elvin T follows up Get Close / Pressure of Desire off Regraded with a strong double-A side on Clubby Boy.

Subtly shifting production styles delving into adjacent sonic territories with the A side At The Intersection Of Fantasy and Delusion demonstrating a broader stroke of their production sensibilities with narrative vocal pondering doubt and deception.

The AA side Describe Music falls closer to prior approaches but ramps up the psychedelic fugue state of the mind with wandering synth lines and vocals waxing poetic on the sounds themselves. A kind of mise en abyme into the meta analysis of the thing itself without context and directionless - perfect for evenings pushing deep into the night when the floor needs to pull up and heel just a little before the next track sends the dance floor careening over the precipice.

Our newest track ‘Deeper in Love’ is out now! Working with Eli I hit a sound, production wise, that I’ve been searching for alotta years and am exited to share it with everyone.. to top it off look at this fly art by BAD 😩

After 4 releases in 2024 Producer DJ Matpat delivers a Soulful Vocal House record just in time for spring. Deeper In Love (CBY10) pulls influence from the rich legacy of Philadelphia soul music, the city that has shaped both his DJing and Productions. Vocalist Eli Young started off singing in church before gaining influence from his Club Days in NYC. Now based in Philly as well, Eli’s falsetto chops paired perfectly with Mat’s moody pianos, dramatic strings, and driving bassline giving this record a fresh yet classic feel.

Check child of house for the YouTube premier & go stream/buy Deeper in Love on all the regular outletsssss..

❤️

P.S. NYC on June 7th.. Eli’s gonna swing through and sing our track live during my set in the BAD ROOM :) taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @boxxbangers

CBY07 Hold Your Hand ft Fawziyya Heart premiered today on @maslowunknown

OUT AUGUST 12TH 🔊 STREAM IN BIO

Fawz’s vocals on this really hit a special sound in music that I love so much…Soulful belting vocal house. I don’t hear as much of it being produced as of late especially in the ‘classic’ or as I like to call it more “timeless” vein of house sounds. In the age of literally everything being sampled, covered, or redone, I’m super proud of this one being all original. I honestly put so much time into this track, pushing myself as a producer and perfecting every aspect of it so I hope you all enjoy… on Aug 17th we are having a release party and she’ll be performing the track 🍾

❤️ @fawziyyaheartmusic

I can’t forget BAD for creating the perfect illustration to our track… it’s just hits the spot.
