3️⃣ days out from sale day - so here are 3️⃣ things to know about lot 104:

1️⃣ If you asked us what the " sleeper " in the sale is, we would have her at the top of the list. She came in the week before pictures and has changed so much since that day.

2️⃣ We shared yesterday 56 heifers in the sale are out of females that sold in previous sales. This is one. Her mom, "Emmio" sold in our sale a while back, went out and won a bunch of shows and now has made a great name for herself raising awesome show heifers. We LOVE sharing examples about how these females can generate and Emmio continues to generate for the Timbercrest Land & Cattle crew.

3️⃣ This heifer is a FULL sister to Tyler Miller's Grand Champion Bred & Owned Female at Simmental Junior Nationals!

Lot 104: Pays to Believe x Emmio 803F.

Looking for a younger, greener one with BIG UPSIDE? 𝗟𝗼𝘁 𝟳𝟬 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗮𝗹. This April, Maine-Angus is out of Mike Boyert 's young donor purchase he made with the Watson Family Show Cattle crew – RJ RBM Rosemary 386L. If you watched Watson's sale, you saw how good this cow did this year.

Funny story on this heifer: Jake and Clayton had put in some embryos at a co-op and long story short, they didn't know this heifer existed until two weeks before they came to Iowa. They thought she was really good when they brought her out, but she is more than that. She is a champ. Nice work, Mike!!

2️⃣ Lim-Flex in the sale. 2️⃣ Very different made heifers. 2️⃣ Different sired heifers, but one goes back to Riverstone Charmed on the top side, and one goes back on the bottom side. 2️⃣ Heifers we think have big-time potential.

You've seen us post a lot of Maine cattle...and that's because this 𝙈𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙀 𝙎𝙀𝙏 𝙄𝙎 𝙁𝙐𝙇𝙇 𝙊𝙁 𝙂𝙊𝙊𝘿 𝙎𝙏𝙐𝙁𝙁. These two High Maine, Made Man, daughters are ones we found at our calf tour after Junior Nationals and when we got the green light to bring them to Pleasantville, we threw a fist pump in the air. They are bred similarly, but out of two different cows and we think they both have potential to win big shows. Nice work breeding these M Lazy Heart Ranch and thanks for sending them!!

Find them in the sale, lots 61 and 62: https://bit.ly/BCHeiferSale2026

So why do we sell 200 head in two weeks? It’s because we want to create opportunities for families and operations of all sizes. We truly, truly believe this set has some of the BEST of the BEST, and we hope and pray they sell well, but more importantly, they find good homes. At the same time, we are realistic enough to know that a sale of this size means we will have PLENTY of heifers that sell in a variety of budgets.

We went back and studied the data in 2025, and in a wildly awesome, crazy couple of weeks of cattle sales, we wanted to share some encouragement as you continue to look for your next year’s show heifer or future donor cow.

Doing what we can to keep the fun vibes going. See who’s off the hook. We promise we love Charolais… but the mud is not making washing as fun as usual. 🤣🤣 by @boyertshowcattle
