HAPPY JUNETEENTH:

Juneteenth marks June 19, 1865 the day the last enslaved people in Galveston, Texas were finally told they were free.

That was two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

In Oklahoma, we’ve been honoring that day since the beginning... cookouts, parades, church services, and Black freedom long before it became a national holiday.

My roots run deep in that soil.

So when I speak about freedom, I’m not talking about symbolism. I’m talking about land, ownership, education, family, and business.

I’m talking about building something that lasts because I know who I come from.

We honor them best by moving with vision and precision.

Happy Juneteenth Yall!! 🙏🏿 by @bozemanmovers

🧡 Happy Father’s Day from On The Move 🧡

This isn't just about being a dad.
It’s about showing up when it’s hard, leading when it’s heavy, and carrying more than what people see.

Some of us learned by doing. Some of us learned from great example. Some of us became the man we never had or the man we needed...

But through it all we kept building, kept loving, kept protecting and providing.

To every father, stepfather, mentor, and man holding it down:

You ARE appreciated and you’re helping build a legacy.

Much respect to the real ones.
From the On The Move family to yours.
Let’s keep lifting what matters most.

We moved a whole coop. Literally.
Not just boxes, beds and couches...we handle awkward, oversized, and custom items with the same level of precision and care.

From setup to execution, Jessica and the crew made sure Denise’s move felt effortless.

We get to build, move, and grind because of the ultimate sacrifice others made before us. Salute to the fallen and the brave.

Your determination, will, and tireless work gave us the chance to chase purpose. We stay On The Move in your honor.

Peep Game...

I’ve been grinding with On The Move for over 10 years. Long nights, early mornings type of life of the grind. Yall know how it is. Always available, can't turn off the hustle, not setting healthy boundaries, fielding 5AM calls and 11PM texts, closing jobs before sunrise and covering every corner of Montana.

Now that @bobcatboxes is live, I see that it wasn’t about logging more hours and draining myself for "the love of the game."

It’s about building routines that actually work, putting systems in place that scale, and focusing my energy on the things that move the needle. Balance is key and you're supposed to have enjoy the fruits of your labor through the wins and losses.

One change is that I’ve started blocking my calendar into focused work sessions, automating as much as I can in the back end, and making every move count for my family, businesses and my legacy. It and I, are still a work in progress, but I love this journey and I'm grateful for the opportunity! It's a privilege to serve and help others, but make sure you're taking care of and loving YOU in the process of it all. I'm rooting for every single one of you!

To all the real ones holding it down…

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY

To the women who carry weight we’ll never fully understand, yet still show up with love, grace, and grit.

We see you. We thank you. We honor you.

Stop overthinking. Stop hesitating. Stop waiting for perfect.

You grow by showing up messy, staying consistent, and moving forward, especially when it’s uncomfortable.

You’re not behind. You’re just beginning.
Let’s get it.
