There is something I’ve been really excited to shared with all of you! 🌿

I’m hosting a small yoga + nature retreat in Costa Brava, Spain this October. It’s a weekend designed to reconnect with ourselves and the beauty that surrounds us.

There are 8 spots available with different accommodation options:

Though Colombia has a harsh reputation for being dangerous, I am here to debunk that rumor. While staying in the touristic areas, I never found myself in a situation where I questioned my safety. This country is absolutely stunning—filled with colorful streets, vibrant culture, lush jungles, and charming beach towns.

Cartagena is a lively city with so much to explore. You’ll get lost in its rainbow-colored streets, the rhythm of cumbia and salsa dancers, nearby islands to visit, and countless boutiques with sparkling jewelry and outfits.
