Conference season is here, and the BPL team is going into a few busy months ahead.

Next week, we’ll be at the @marriotteatoncentreto for @lifeatsailpoint #Navigate, followed by @onpha at the @sheratoncentretoronto. Two very different experiences for two awesome client teams, and lots happening behind the scenes as we get ready to bring them to life.

We are jumping headfirst into our busiest season and we need your help!

A huge part of the success of our events comes from the dedication and commitment of the volunteers who work with us. In fact, many of our own team members started their journey with us as volunteers!

We’re currently offering hands-on volunteer opportunities for anyone looking to gain experience, build connections, and see the energy of live events.

At BPL Events, working alongside the next generation of professionals and contributing to their career development is a big part of why we do what we do. We love giving folks the opportunity to get involved, learn by doing, and discover where a career in events can take them.

What a night!

@dawncbecker shared the stage with Max Rakov for an incredible fireside chat about her debut book, The Forever Attendee Formula. They dove into how to move beyond hosting an event to creating meaningful experiences that keep attendees coming back.
A big thank you to @ama_toronto for putting together such a great evening, Max for moderating, and Humber Downtown – International Graduate School for the great partnership and venue space.

It was fantastic to see so many connections happening in real time and to have the opportunity to meet with all of the folks in the room and some of the next generation of events and marketing professionals!

On Thursday, BPL Events hosted a very special evening at the wonderful @bookbarto in The Mirvish Village.

We got together to celebrate @dawncbecker debut book, The Forever Attendee Formula, but really, it was just as much about celebrating the amazing community around BPL Events.

There was great food from @provisionsfoodagency, lots of laughs, some friendly trivia competition, and most importantly ... so many wonderful conversations and connections happening throughout the night. It was great to see the message of Dawn’s book come to life right in front of us: when you’re intentional about bringing people together, meaningful connections happen.

A big thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening what it was. And a special thank you to our incredible donors: @sheratoncentretoronto, @avcanada, @chelseahoteltoronto, @provisionsfoodagency and, @vibrant.vina, for helping make the evening extra special and for donating some great trivia prizes
