85 questions later...and now I’m officially a part of the <12% of Black RNs in the U.S. After 15+ long months of tears, late-night studying, and days I barely had the strength to get up and show up to class or for myself, it finally paid off.

To everyone who believed in me, supported me, and cheered me on at my lowest, I love you. And thank You, God, for pulling me out of my darkest days and giving me the strength to keep going and walk in my purpose.

I’m forever grateful for this journey and for choosing a career rooted in resilience and compassion. This is just the beginning. Coming to a hospital near you. 💋

XOXO,
Britney Previl, BSN, RN 🩺
