To be honest I always thought I would be overweight for the rest of my life, I tried so many diets to lose the weight that I gained having babies. I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I came across WLCW. In early April 2022 and waited until May 2023 to start my my weight loss journey with 20kg done and more to come. I have completed 4 half marathons and never could imagine that I could run more than 1km let alone 21km. Later this year I will be participating in my first full marathon 🤪. by @br00k3el
