Around two years ago is when i was introduced to cheer. I had been training to compete in an Olympic Weightlifting competition pretty seriously beforehand, but little did i know i would drop all of that to do cheer 😭. Throughout the whole process ive been pretty hard on myself, so i thought wouldnt it be nice to look back and see how far ive come. People are always like, “maaan how u got storage for all those videos? Why u need all those?” And now i can give them an answer 😭. Ive always wanted to make a cheer progress video, but i never thought i was good enough to do that until today.

To everyone in this video not mentioned, thank u very much for all ur help/guidance these past two years. Without those small breakthroughs i would NOT be where i am today! Enjoy! ❤️❤️❤️ (im not done cheering btw) by @br3nd4nj

It’s hard to appreciate where you are without remembering where you started. The first picture was from August of 2018 and the transition is all the gains I’ve made this year. In 2018 I was around 125 lbs. (57 kg.) and now I’m 210 lbs. (95 kg.). Crazy to think I’ve gained 85 lbs. since. Usually I never make reels or anything of this sort, but I really liked this song and thought it was dope. Enjoy the hype of this 5 year process! ❤️ by @br3nd4nj

Big day today for extended hand to hands!!! We hit like four decent ones today. Super happy with our progress even if it isnt super fast. Then at the end we said fuck it and tried some diamadovs 😭. I love when i get a stunt partner whos willing to try things and rep shit out. W by @br3nd4nj

Had a decent session today. Always good to start with the basics and upgrade them. Ive been meaning to challenge myself and i think taking skills to one is the perfect middle ground. Whether its one arm or one hand, either work. At the end we just messed around and tried some full to feets, but thats as close as we got 😭😭. On a good note, our extended hand to hand is getting really consistent 😁 by @br3nd4nj

As i sit here in the airport waiting for my plane im reminded of how blessed i am to have this opportunity to meet so many hardworking and talented individuals from across the country. I got the pleasure to stunt with some of the best and make some new friends. Much love to every single staff member, i enjoyed ur presence so much! ❤️

Today was really short, so i had to rush skills. We were supposed to do shotguns, but we got work to do on that 😭. Just cleaned up some full ups, got a full up qp, and tried to go for had in hand qp. More to come, enjoy! by @br3nd4nj
