🏛️🌿 Discover the history of Brackenridge Park!

Join Brackenridge Park Conservancy for a guided walking tour along the west side of the Park, led by Theresa Scheets, owner of T’s Tours.

This approximately one mile tour follows the San Antonio River through some of the Park’s most historic areas. Along the way, guests will explore sites including Pump House #1, Lambert Beach, the historic Raceway, the Alamo Dam and Acequia, and more.

🗓 Saturday, October 17, 2026
⏰ Arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 a.m.
🚶 Tour begins promptly at 9:30 a.m.
📍 Meet outside Joske Pavilion 531 Brackenridge Way, San Antonio, TX 78209

Brackenridge Park nos regala sombra, naturaleza y un espacio para respirar, convivir y encontrar paz. ¿Así le agradecemos, dejando basura?

Cada botella, bolsa y envoltura que abandonamos afecta el hogar que compartimos con los árboles, el agua y los animales. El parque merece el mismo respeto que nuestra casa.

Como latina y fundadora de PAXIA YOGA, hago un llamado a nuestra comunidad latina y a toda la sociedad de San Antonio: cuidemos a nuestra Madre Tierra con acciones. Enseñemos a nuestros hijos que disfrutar de la naturaleza también significa hacernos responsables de lo que dejamos en ella.
