Updates from the coast 🏖️🎥🍿👷‍♂️
As we build our second @eatflixcinema site in Tynemouth

Movie magic hasn’t disappeared, we love movies. We love food. We love the cinema. And so do the tens of thousands of you who have supported this project and love this product.

So a second site is needed to match demand!

Things are getting well underway at Eatflix Tynemouth…

We’ve wanted to bring back as much of the character of this historic building as possible and really make the most of what’s already here.

So, one of the first big jobs was ripping down the old suspended ceilings… and look what we uncovered. I think you’ll all agree it was definitely the right decision.

There’s still plenty of TLC needed, but we can already see the potential and we can’t wait to show you the progress every step of the way.

Plenty more to come! 🍿🔨 taken in Tynemouth by @brackollie

Açai bowls are now on the breakfast menu at Alfie’s! 😍

Thick, fruity and absolutely gagging for a spoon.

We’ve been called worse, grab your açai 7 days a week from Alfie’s bar.

Today we’re going to see Mark and Sarah at GDL Architecture, the architects and designers helping us bring Eatflix Tynemouth to life.

They’ve been working on a few different concepts for us, nothing’s set in stone yet. The idea today is to look at the different directions, see what we love from each one and start piecing it all together.

This is where it starts getting really exciting because these ideas will help us work towards the floor plans, how we use the space and ultimately what the whole Eatflix experience is going to feel like.

We know what we want people to feel when they walk through the doors, now we’ve got to work out how we actually create it.

This will be one of our biggest steps in starting the full revamp! 🎬 👷 taken in Ouseburn by @brackollie

The Grinch is coming to steal Eatflix this Christmas… 💚🎄

Over 5,500 of you have already signed up (and we hadn’t even released the movie yet) 😂

After last year’s Elf sold out in record time, we have a feeling this one won’t be around for very long either.

Expect a little mischief, plenty of Christmas magic, and the full Eatflix experience.

This is definitely not one to miss.

Sign up now and be first in line when tickets are released. Follow the link in our Instagram bio or below in the Facebook comments. 🎟️ taken in Eatflix Cinema by @brackollie

The work starts now and we are taking you through the whole process. From design, to finish. Us getting our hands dirty, our team of tradesmen doing what they need to do and all the realness of what goes into opening an Eatflix.

Our hardest task to date and definitely the worst condition premises we’ve taken on, but we are so excited for the journey! 🎬🫶🏼 taken in Tynemouth by @brackollie
