When I reflect on this last year I am truly grateful to God for His love and Grace over my life. Despite the challenges and tragedies experienced, He has been ever faithful, In 2 Corinthians 12, Paul quotes Jesus who said, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” and indeed I can attest to that especially today on my birthday!#birthdayholiday #birthday #itsmybirthday #dubai #Habibi #holiday #couple #couplegoals #travel #summer #summerbody #gymmotivation #gymmotivation #gymbro taken in C Central Resort The Palm by @brad_the_unit

My old car had memories.
My new car has a voice. 😂

After 9 years, I’m stepping into a completely different era of motoring.

A car that talks back.
Technology that listens.
Voice commands.
Smart features.
Electric power.

It feels less like driving into the future… and more like the future has arrived.

The AI age is here.

And apparently, my iCAUR has plenty to say about it.

The end of an era. 🖤

This week, after 9 years, I said goodbye to my Jeep.

I bought my baby Jeep at the end of February 2017. One month later, we received the news that changed our lives — we were finally pregnant with our baby boy, after a 7-year infertility journey. ❤️

That Jeep wasn’t just a car. It was there for a miracle. It carried us through some of the biggest moments, longest journeys and best memories of our lives.

But every chapter eventually comes to an end.

Today, it drives away with a new owner — and I drive forward into whatever comes next.

Thank you for the memories.
Thank you for the journey.
The next chapter starts now. 🖤

17 YEARS.

Not 17 weeks.
Not 17 months.
17 YEARS of showing up in the gym.

17 years of discipline when nobody was watching.
17 years of training through good seasons and difficult ones.
17 years of choosing consistency over comfort.

This journey has never been about one workout or chasing a perfect physique. It’s about the person I’ve become through the process.

I didn’t build this body in a day. I built it through 17 years of refusing to quit.

And after 17 years, I’m still training.
Still pushing.
Still learning.
Still evolving.

The goal was never just to build a body. It was to build a stronger man.

And I’m still not finished. 🦵🔥

After years of training, I’ve learned that there’s no secret to building strong legs.

Train consistently.

Respect the movement.

Push when you need to push.

Recover when you need to recover.

Then come back and do it again.

Simple doesn’t mean easy. taken in Virgin Active Health Club Little Falls by @brad_the_unit

“Some seasons are meant to break you. Others are meant to build you. Either way, don’t stop moving — your story isn’t finished yet.”
