For several years, I walked with a lean because of instability in my knee, which progressively worsened after so many knee injuries. But I never let it stop me from moving forward in life.

Today was my first day back on the treadmill in over five months.

Learning to walk again — one step at a time. 🙏🏽💪🏽

Even though I am married with 5 kids of my own. I still take mum on road trips and trips to Samoa as often as I can, it hurts financially sometimes but it’s all worth it.

The memories and the stories created are what I’ll cherish forever. I wish my Dad was still around, I’ll see him on the other side.

In school I wanted to be a PT but I went down another path which is why I love these sessions with family or friends.

Carrying a knee and elbow injury is not fun when holding pads for someone going 110% 😂 I’m was very feel.

I’ve stressed many times to my younger brothers that as the protector of your family it’s important to learn how to defend yourself and your aiga.
