You ask the kids how their day was. Who asks about yours? 💛

Fatherhood can be brilliant, exhausting and lonely—sometimes all in the same day.

I’m Daniel, a dad of two. I started The Strong Dad Project so dads have somewhere to talk honestly, listen and connect with other dads.

You don’t need to be struggling. You don’t need to have the right words. We’re starting with small online check-ins and building around what dads find useful.

👊 Follow @strongdadprojectuk. Message “CHECK IN” if you’d like to hear about upcoming sessions.

Know a dad who’d appreciate this? Send it to him.

Our main Facebook community is linked in our bio.

Present. Positive. Progress.

There's enough negative things you could say about me that are actuallytrue, so you really don't need to hurt your own brain making up bullshit stories.📚👀

This is why so many people agree that the boats coming in illegally full of unvetted fighting age men with no respect for our culture infact a deep hatred for us need to be stopped yet stay publicly quite rather than stand up or even speak up. 💯

Would you rather your son be gay or your daughter be on only fans? No brainer in my opinion. 👀🤔

MOTIVATION!! 👀🗣

You go after it you give it all you have, if you lose atleast you tried man. I FAILED is ten times more of a man than someone who says "WHAT IF" cause WHAT IF never went to the arena. 💯👊🏻

Everyone has seen the podcast I did with Liam. Notice how not a single critic—especially those claiming to be Muslims—could actually disagree with a word I said. Instead, they resorted to attacking my character. They know I spoke the truth, and it hurts that the lies they’ve been selling to both Muslims and non-Muslims were exposed.
I challenge any one of them to a live, open debate. Everything I stated is grounded in Islam, and they know it.
Now they’re blaming @liamtuffs, claiming he edited a 30-second clip to manipulate the narrative. That is a complete lie. Liam didn’t cut or edit out a single word of what I said. But isn’t it ironic? The same hypocrites blaming him for editing are now taking my clips out of context and twisting my words to fit their agenda.
I’m not surprised. That’s exactly what hypocrites do.#commonsense #currentevents #ukpolitics #foryòurpage #reformuk by @braddonovan523

There will be people in your life who feed the soil and people who just come to grab the fruit. It's very important to spot the difference. 👀💯
