This dude has his first flag football game ever today and absolutely killed it. Two runs, both for touchdowns, and about 85% of his team’s tackles. More importantly, he was a good sport, a good teammate, and listened to coaches. by @bradellison

I came back from a professional retreat a couple of weeks ago having made a commitment to get back to my previous level of commitment to my physical fitness. My friend @michellegharib and I took home gold today in the @pickleragewestbloomfield 3.5 tourney today. A gold medal has eluded me…big thanks to Michelle for throwing me on her back and carrying me to the podium.
