Everything I’ve got has been earned, not handed to me.
Everything I’ve built has been built by me.
Every setback, every sacrifice, every early morning and every difficult decision has played a part.
Nothing was gifted. Nothing came easy.

Years and years and years of sacrifice … and the rewards are showing 🤝😎

6-8 is the new 9-5 right ?

No ups and no downs. No massive highs, no massive lows. Just consistency.

Therapy taught me something important. If you’re feeling down, you don’t always need to broadcast it. Take a step back, deal with it, understand it and work through it.

Feeling tired? Stop talking about it and start doing something about it.

Want change? Don’t announce it to everyone. Don’t make promises. Just get your head down and do it.

Instagram doesn’t ask how you’re feeling. It’s a platform that showcases great work, bad work and everything in between. You’re seeing snippets of people’s lives, not the full picture.

And that’s fine, but remember there’s a difference between looking like you’re doing well and actually being okay.

If you’re struggling, you don’t need to put it on your story for everyone to see. You don’t need to explain yourself to the world.

But you also don’t have to deal with everything alone.

If you need a chat, some guidance, a kick up the arse or just someone to listen, slide into my DMs. No judgement, no audience, just a conversation.

Sometimes the biggest changes happen quietly.

I’m Brad, owner and personal trainer at The Health Hub Swindon.

I’ve helped thousands of people over the years, from their very first session in the gym to weight loss, building muscle, improving health and wellbeing, and developing sports performance.

I work with all ages and abilities, whether you’re completely new to training, returning after time away, working towards a specific goal or looking to take your performance to the next level.

The Health Hub is a private personal training gym, used exclusively by personal trainers and their clients. No public memberships, no overcrowding, no waiting around for equipment. Just a private, professional environment where you can focus on yourself and your goals.

If you’re looking for personal training, guidance and a gym where you can feel comfortable, supported and focused, drop me a message.

Happy birthday to my beautiful wife and the amazing mum to our beautiful boy Noah.

Another year older, wiser and even more beautiful. You make me the happiest man alive, first by saying yes to marrying me and then by giving us the most amazing little boy we could ever wish for.

You are the rock, the glue and the heartbeat of our family. As you turn another year older, I hope you take a moment to look at yourself and realise just how incredible a woman and mum you have become. I couldn’t be prouder of you and the life we are building together.

I love you with everything I have, baby. You deserve the world and so much more. I hope you have the most wonderful birthday because today is all about you.

I love you always, my cougy cougs x

Life recently 🩵 @natm87xx

November 17th 2025.

I said to myself I was going to be a better person, a better husband and, one day, a better father.

I was going to be more present. Work even harder. Look after myself. Look after my family.

And say yes to the dumb shit.

A half marathon.
HYROX.
Things I never thought I’d do.
A lot of things pending…

Looking back now, it’s mad how much can change in less than a year.

I became a dad. I ran a half marathon. I did a HYROX. I’ve pushed myself physically and mentally in ways I never expected.

And I’m still not finished.

That promise I made to myself on November 17th 2025 is still there.

Be better. Work harder. Be present. Keep pushing.

And keep saying yes to the dumb shit.
