“I like to play.” @mercymusic

An absolute pleasure having mercy music in the studio.
I’ve known these guys for almost 20 years and, besides being great friends, I’m also a huge fan of their band.
They are, hands down, some of the best musicians that I know. I’m so happy and grateful for the opportunity, the trust, and the experience. Sounds fucking killer. 🔪🖤

I love the stage - but the studio is my sanctuary.
This is where records come to life.

Tucked into the hillside of Laurel Canyon sits a hot-rod API and a zen garden - tended by a punk rocker.
Inside the pegboard walls are screaming amps, tubes fizzing in the low light, and VU needles going ballistic.
Honest lyrics, catchy choruses, and dangerous tones are welcome here.
Come as you are. Come to create.

Venice-based artist, photographer, and artisan clothier. Kindred spirit, all-around solid human — also a total catch.

FALLING DOWN // 🔥⚰️🔥

One take. One gritty alley. Downtown Los Angeles.

Shot and Directed by Borja Peña Gorostegui, “Falling Down” was the first single + music video from Dark Side of the Road.

To celebrate the album’s third anniversary, I’m running a 72-HOUR SALE!

Pick up a standard or deluxe vinyl and get a FREE T-SHIRT while sizes and supplies last.

Every record comes signed, with a die-cast pin and handwritten lyric card.

Three years later, this record is still finding its way into the world. Thanks to everyone who’s been part of the journey. 🖤

Three Years: DARK SIDE OF THE ROAD 🖤

Hard to believe it’s already been three years since I put this record out. What started as a solo record ended up opening the door to a whole new chapter of making music with L.A. CRIMES, BAD FATALE, and more.

I started recording this album while I was still drinking and finished it sober. This record truly marks the beginning of a new chapter in my life.

Pretty fucking grateful for everyone who’s been part of the ride… To celebrate, I’m running a 72-hour anniversary special! 🔥⚰️🔥

Grab a STANDARD or DELUXE vinyl and I’ll throw in a signed copy, die-cast pin, and handwritten lyric card. Plus, I’m giving away some remaining T-shirts with qualifying orders while sizes and supplies last.

Three years down. Plenty more noise to make. 🤘

Recap of my recent @guggenheim trip 🖤
TARYN SIMON’s exhibition was a masterful display of multidisciplinary works. Each piece was brilliantly curated, entertaining, provocative, and full of beautiful human exploration. I truly enjoyed the whole experience, while taking the opportunity to visit a few additional pieces… such as an inspirational scrapbook by Shinro Ohtake, Andy Warhol’s electric chair, and a crucial banana taped to a wall. 🍌
Bravo & congratulations @tarynsimonprojects 🥣🔥
