The most hectic, fun, exciting, laborious, and celebratory week ever. - Closed on our first home!- Mom and Dad came to visit- Good Friday (my wife reads scripture so good)- Moved into our new home!- Easter Sunday- James’ new favorite face to make- I’m tired. So thankful for this season. We sacrificed so much to be where we are and God pulled through every step along the way! Wouldn’t want to do all this craziness with anyone other than @emmaparkernewton by @bradnewton_

HAPPY 30th TO THE BEST PERSON EVER BORN!!I’m so thankful for your life and everything that comes from it. If I could have an ounce of your courage, loyalty, thoughtfulness, and wisdom I would be set for life. You are the best wife, mom, friend, and teammate I could ever ask for. I genuinely do not know where on earth I would be without you. You’ve loved the most unlovable parts of me and I’ve seen you choose to fight in moments where you could’ve given up. YEAR 3So many reasons to celebrate this year. All I can say right now is that I am so grateful God intertwined my life with yours @emmaparkernewton. The verse in Proverbs 18:22 says “He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord”. I’ve never been more sure that you are an intentional gift that was given to me, and that I’ve experienced favor like I never could have on my own. I can’t wait to experience more of all the good you bring to my life, even when I don’t deserve it. I’d still choose you over anything else. I love you! by @bradnewton_

THE NEWTONS ARE MOVING TO MICHIGAN!We are so grateful for the home Cincinnati has been to us these past few years. We came to the city separately, finding healing and stability, and then where we met, started dating, got engaged, got married, got a dog, had a baby, and served at @queencitypeople together. It’s where we cultivated deep relationships, found family in a place far from both of our homes, and grew closer together through some of our hardest and most vulnerable seasons of life. What’s been made so clear to us over the past several weeks is that God always has more. And although that “more” forces you into a place you did not expect, we find peace in knowing that the same God who called us to Cincinnati and held us through every high and low, is the same God that holds us as we move to Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are so excited for the opportunity to be closer to family, embrace the “new” that God has for us, and to start a new adventure as a family. Cincinnati, the community we’ve found here, and our church family will be so missed. We are so grateful for the season we’ve had, but are also very expectant for what’s next!(Moving on July 19th so we’ve got some time to hug and cry 😂) by @bradnewton_

One whole year with James June! Words cannot do justice to how special she is to Emma and I. She has made every day so much brighter from day 1 that she entered our world. Experiencing life through her eyes reminds me of just how special ordinary days can be, and how to find joy in every season. I’m so thankful that I get to be her dad, and I can’t wait to spoil her for the rest of her life! (Girl dads how do yall hold it together because I’m a mess 😂) by @bradnewton_

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY PATNA. I love you so much Emma. I’ve seen you take on this past year in a way that challenges me deep into my core. You really embraced what it means to walk in grace and stand firm in truth. Three years ago today I packed up what little I owned, towed my car behind a U-Haul, and setup a bed in a friends basement with zero plan. Since that day, every area of my life has gotten better.The process that led to it hurt in ways that I had never experienced. My life was shattered in a million pieces and I kept trying to white knuckle my way back to normal. What I needed was a safe place. Cincinnati gave me that (specifically my community at @queencitypeople )I’m thankful for every moment that led to why I’m here. I’m thankful that embracing discomfort led to an amazing wife and beautiful daughter. by @bradnewton_
