CLIENT SPOTLIGHT‼️When Katie messaged me she said she was “crying in her bikini” and wanted to sort it out when she was back from holiday… Here we are after her latest holiday after losing 13kg there was no crying in the bikini this time round!!🥳🥳With a mixture of weight training, cardio and calorie counting she’s achieved an incredible transformation🙌her diet has not been boring and restrictive. She’s still been going on nights out with her friends and eating out further proof that balance and consistency will take you a long way!!! - but we do have to discuss how a meal deal a day wasn’t the way forward🤣Watching her go from a shy girl anxious to walk into the gym to now a much more confident person who hates not going to the gym has been amazing 👏🏻👏🏻Proud of her transformation and that there’s no more crying on holiday😅🙌DM me to start YOUR journey 📥🚀 by @bradpt_

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT‼️When Michelle enquired about personal training sessions she had already been training for 5 years with a different personal trainerMichelle wasn’t shy of working hard in the gym but you can’t out run a bad diet something she was guilty of😅 we spent some time educating her on nutrition and the importance of not massively under eating as not only will she feel tired and demotivated but it will slow our progress down Since having weekly checkins for some accountability and seeing her progress week upon week, Michelle has grown confidence within herself which is often resembled on her face in the form of a huge smile Michelle has turned her health around in just 6 months losing 25KG and strutted down the aisle to become a wife. CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ‼️‼️When this lady came to me, she had already done a fantastic job of losing an incredible 50kg on her own from dietingHowever, she was worried that even with the weight loss, she still wasn’t happy with her shape. She wanted to add more muscle to her frame to achieve the look she was aiming for, and she knew that could only be built through resistance training.The first step was making her feel comfortable in the gym, as she had such bad gym anxiety that simply walking through the doors was a massive achievement in itself. Over time, she became much more confident, and once she started seeing the results, she even began training by herself, following the plans we’d put together 👏👏During our time working together, she lost another 12kg, built muscle, and gained a huge amount of confidence that she now carries into her everyday life! CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ‼️‼️When James came to me for help he told me he’d had his gym membership for 12 months but never used it!! Once we got him using his membership we was progressively overloading his weight training whilst keeping him in a calorie deficit, of which the end result was an 11KG drop🙌James is now confident enough to come and workout on his own following along from the foundations we set!👏It was a pleasure to work with James despite the fact he nearly got me stuck in the gym car park during a snow storm but that’s a story for another day🤣Proud of you James Mate!🙌DM me to start your journey 🚀 by @bradpt_
