The diamond tetra 💎
Subtle shimmer, big personality. The males like this one really stand out with their longer, flowing fins

The completed tank, very pleased with how it turned out. I changed the frosted background from before to black which I definitely prefer.
The house plants I’m growing out the top of the tank are Peace lily, Parlour palm, Philodendron white wave, Monstera and satin pothos. The only one that appears to be struggling is the satin pothos so that might need removing.
In the tank I’ve planted Echinodorus Ozelot red, Echinodorus Martii, Echinodorus red diamond, Ludwigia super red, Limnophila heterophylla, Cryptocoryne balansae, Lagenandra meeboldii red, bucephalandra lamandau, Littorella uniflora, Helanthium bolivianum, Staurogyne repens and Hydrocotyle tripartita.

Botanicals have been added, I changed my mind last minute with how I wanted this tank to look, I was going to fill the floor with botanicals but I decided instead to go more minimal and I’m personally loving the look.
The botanicals I used were Schima pods, Casuarina cones, Parviflora pods, Sterculia pods, Couratari pods, Puberula pods, Sapucaia pods and Urchin Pods
