Happy THIRD Birthday to our Cannon Man! 🎉

The boy who made us parents. The BEST big brother in the whole world. The most stubborn, sweet, loving, and adventurous kid around. We are so lucky to get to love you every single day. Watching you grow has been the greatest joy, and if I could freeze time, I think I’d keep you right at this age forever.

This team is such a blessing to coach and mentor.

Year three was a big year for our program. When a group fully embraces the hard and faces challenges head-on, anything is possible. Be the buffalo. 🦬

I’m grateful for so much and for so many:
• My wife and family, who love and support me in this calling
• The best coaching staff in the country, who invest daily in mentoring, loving, and developing our women
• Our incredible support staff, who give our athletes the balance, resources, and belief to succeed in every area of life
• And most of all, this group of women who continue to go all in, trust the vision, and have fun doing it

I’m grateful to be in a position to lead and impact lives every day. It truly takes a village.

Excited to see what the next 365 days has in store for this team.
